It’s Valentine’s Day and love is in the air. Today is the day you let that special person in your life let you know how much you appreciate them and show them how great you think they are. For some, it’s a day to profess their feelings to the world and let that crush know what you really think of them.

In the draft world it’s no different. It’s a day I like to show love for players who aren’t getting the attention I think they deserve, and talk about the future studs of the NFL. So here is my 2018 NFL Draft All-Crush Team.

John Kelly, RB, Tennessee

If you don’t know by now, John Kelly is very, very good. He’s a top five running back in this draft who can really do it all. You want a guy who initiates contact and can run violently? Kelly does that. You want a guy who catches the ball and can make defenders miss in space? Kelly does that, too. I’ll even go as far as to say that he is a better prospect than the running back who came out of Tennessee last year, Alvin Kamara. That’s how good John Kelly is.

Will Hernandez, OG, UTEP

If you want a big, powerful guard who can absolutely man-handle opponents, Will Hernandez is your guy. At 6’3″, 330 lbs, he certainly gives people a lot more to love. He might even turn out to be the strongest player of this offensive line group — and perhaps even the entire class. This is a plug-and-play starter in a power blocking scheme, and a future Pro Bowler.

Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis

This dude looks fast. Very, very fast. Anthony Miller is a small-school star who does nothing but make big plays. He can be a mid-round pick who can start and be a legitimate NFL deep threat to take the top off the defense. Don’t overlook this diamond in the rough.

Carlton Davis, CB, Auburn

Carlton Davis is a big-body corner who can play man-to-man or zone coverage. He’s a very physical tackler for his position and is a real factor vs. the run. He might not be the twitched-up ball hawk that people love to love, but he’s going to be a very good corner at the next level, and that’s what I care most about.

Quenton Nelson, OG, Notre Dame

This player goes far beyond a draft crush. Every year there is a player whose game I absolutely fall in love with. The kind of player you go back and watch their tape over and over again. This year that player is Quenton Nelson. He’s big, strong, physical, quick, fluid, and mean. He can play in any system and dominate at the NFL level as a run blocker and a pass blocker. I don’t want to over-hype him, but I think Nelson is as close to a perfect guard prospect as you can get.
