The Cincinnati Bengals are off to an impressive 2-0 start and have looked fantastic on the offensive side of the football. They’ll have to strive for continued success in that aspect without their top running back, however.
Per reports, Joe Mixon, who exited Thursday night’s battle with the Baltimore Ravens twice, will miss at least the next two weeks with a knee issue:

Mixon underwent a cleanup procedure after experiencing discomfort on Thursday night and will give way to Giovani Bernard for the next two weeks, if not longer.
Bernard may not be in for an elite role, but he should be part of a committee approach with fourth round pick Mark Walton also expected to see the field more. Gio is probably the preferred pickup in season long fantasy football leagues, but Walton is worth a short-term stash and may be a sneaky play in NFL DFS contests.
The good news is Mixon won’t be on the shelf too long if you drafted him early this year. In the meantime, DFS gamers can take advantage of this situation and Bernard can be a useful Flex play in normal leagues.
