Another interesting week to say the least in the NFL. Jaguars….51 points? That’s the biggest surprise in my book. They’re getting better for sure.

Some big injuries too with Rawls and Dalton going down. NFC East is still a mess an absolute mess. The Panthers keep doin’ it. One crazy season my friends.

With your playoffs on the line, I give you my best starts and sits. Good Luck!

START

QB, Philip Rivers, San Diego Chargers

San Diego is always playing from behind which means Rivers is throwing a ton. He’s actually third in the league in passing yards. A home game against the Dolphins this week looks really good; especially after how Eli Manning just lit ’em up on Monday night.

RB, DuJuan Harris, Seattle Seahawks

Harris received the bulk of the carries when Rawls went down. It will be interesting to see who gets more touches between Jackson and Harris. I’d be confident that Harris gets some great stats against the Browns at home. Worth the add at a flex at least.

WR, Michael Floyd, Arizona Cardinals

Floyd had a nice game last week with over 100 yards and a TD. Philadelphia is not going to be able to stop the passing attack of Carson Palmer and the Cards. Floyd and Fitzgerald will have a great day.

TE, Will Tye, New York Giants

I’m gonna keep drilling this guy into your head here. Had five targets, five receptions and a TD last week. He’s becoming the integral piece the Giants have been lacking at TE. If you need a flex or are desperate at TE, he’s your man.

D/ST, Kansas City Chiefs

Baltimore is so depleted you just have to start the Chiefs. No brainer

SIT

QB, Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers

I know….call me crazy. I just have a bad feeling about Rodgers this week. They should win this game but I think they have some trouble with a confident Oakland team that scored a big road win in Denver.

RB, Doug Martin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The muscle-hamster won’t find the endzone this week folks. The Rams will pretty much shut him down. A Tampa win will have to come from Winston’s arm.

WR, A.J. Green, Cincinnatti Bengals

Tough call here but how will Green do without Andy Dalton at QB? I’d be a little afraid to find out in the playoffs. You probably have a safer option.

TE, Gary Barnidge, Cleveland Browns

At Seattle??? Yeah…not this week.

D/ST, Denver Broncos

After a loss to the Oakland Raiders I’d be a little hesitant this week with a game at Pittsburgh; who is red hot and making a strong late-season push.
