Week 9 was extremely interesting to say the least. Miami shuts out San Diego. The Patriots dominate the Broncos. Discontent in the Redskins’ locker room with RG3 back at QB. Big Ben goes bananas again. Ton’s of storylines from the past week.

There were a ton of teams on a bye last week and there’s a good number this week as well as Indianapolis, Minnesota, New England, San Diego, Washington and Houston have byes. Here are the guys I’d play and shelve for week 10.

QB, Mike Glennon, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This is going out on a limb! However, the numbers don’t lie. Atlanta is 25th against the pass on defense this year. Tampa is home and WR Mike Evans might finally be showing his potential. Have to think Tampa will be playing from behind so Glennon probably throws a ton.

RB, Jeremy Hill, Cincinnati Bengals

Great game last week starting for the injured Bernard. I know it was against the Jaguars but this week brings the Browns who can be had. It’s also on a short week Thursday night game so Bernard may still be shelved for precaution.

WR, Martavis Bryant, Pittsburgh Steelers

Big Ben is heating up with this kid. Bryant hauled in another two TD’s last week and I can’t imagine not riding his and Big Ben’s hot streak right now.

TE, Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs

He was the leading receiver with a TD last week against the Jets. He’s become a security blanket for QB Alex Smith. This week is at Buffalo and he’ll be relied upon to move the chains on third down.

D/ST, Pittsburgh Steelers

C’mon Man! Seriously…..What’s to like about the Jets right now.

QB, Ryan Tannehill, Miami Dolphins

He’s been hot as of late and would garner more attention if not for Big Ben’s crazy numbers. However, this week, Miami is on the road at Detroit. Bet you didn’t know that the Lions are ranked 4th in passing defense. Something to think about.

RB, Mark Ingram, New Orleans Saints

You’re happy you just picked him up and he had a nice game this past week but San Francisco is coming to town and pretty mad I’d think after a tough loss to St. Louis. I’d expect Brees has to throw his way past the 49ers if the Saints are to win.

WR, Jeremy Maclin, Philadelphia Eagles

QB Nick Foles looks to be out with a broken collarbone so Mark Sanchez steps in. The alarms should be ringing in your head. Just be careful going forward. Carolina isn’t the worst in the world so let’s just see what happens this week and reevaluate.

D/ST, St. Louis Rams

The Rams have been so up and down and are pretty good against the run. However, a huge emotional win against the rival 49ers has letdown written all over it this week at the NFC’s #1 team, Arizona.
