It’s the time of year where your fantasy league has been renewed, and you need pick a name for your team. The days of naming your team the Cincinnati Crushers are over. You need to get creative with your team names nowadays, and there are already 3 other teams in your league calling themselves, “Show Me Your TDs”. Don’t worry, Breaking Football is here to help. Earlier this week, we gave you some Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones themed team names, and we’ll be compiling names for several different themes as the season gets closer. Today I’m presenting our list of James Bond fantasy team names. See all of our fantasy team names here.

James Bond is the rare fictional character with the ability to almost flawlessly transcend generations via different mediums. Perhaps the coolest thing about Bond is that every 25 years or so, he’s basically reinvented, yet everyone that’s introduced to him has essentially the same opinion of how great he is. Well, maybe not the current generation of kids; they might think he’s just another boring action movie hero. My generation? We know the Bond franchise best for birthing the greatest first person shooter video game of all time.

My generation’s image of Bond is a 64-bit version of Pierce Brosnan running around with a Klobb. The thought of Bond brings up childhood memories, like how much of an A-hole their friend is for always choosing Oddjob, or how satisfying it was to win, “Most Professional”. Multiple older generations know James Bond as a witty playboy from the movies, but even within those movies, he’s differentiated among age groups by different actors. There’s probably also a generation of people that only know Bond through the books, but they’re not reading this, so it doesn’t matter.

Just like fantasy football, and Raymond, everybody loves James Bond. That’s why I’m presenting this list of James-Bond-themed fantasy football team names:
