Pittsburgh Steelers fans had to wait a week longer than they would have liked, but star wide receiver Martavis Bryant is finally set to return. Officially activated for week six, Bryant could hit the field against the Arizona Cardinals this week.

Bryant was kept inactive after “tweaking his knee” in practice last week, while the additional time off allowed him to get more acquainted with his fellow teammates and the playbook. Bryant isn’t a total lock to suit up in week six, but his activiation suggests he will play. Should Bryant sit again, Markus Wheaton will continue starting opposite of Antonio Brown.

Fantasy Insight

Everyone thought he’d be back last week, but whatever. Pittsburgh’s deep threat returns and thanks to solid chemistry with Michael Vick during preseason play, it’s quite possible we see fireworks from the two this week. Bryant draws a tough matchup in his likely debut, but he’s a serious value buy in daily fantasy football leagues and if could be a great help to any season long lineup starving for production at the WR3 or Flex spot. Vick will also get a minor boost if Bryant is good to go this week.
