Marcus Mariota may have a difficult time putting up a near-flawless performance for the second game in a row to start his career, as star tight end Delanie Walker will miss the Tennessee Titans’ week two contest against the Cleveland Browns.

Walker operated as Mariota’s security blanket in week one and caught a touchdown, but dealt with a lingering hand issue all week. With Walker out, Anthony Fasano looks to get the start in his place at tight end. Kendall Wright, Harry Douglas and Justin Hunter could all see their roles in the Tennessee passing game increase this week, as well.

Fantasy Insight

Walker isn’t a total deal-breaker for your fantasy lineup, but he’s slightly better than average and could be missed depending on your team. You should be able to find a suitable replacement for Walker in your season long league, as multiple streaming options should be available. That’s very much the case in daily fantasy football leagues, where guys like Ladarius Green, Tyler Eifert, Jordan Reed and Martellus Bennett look like solid pivot plays in week two. Away from the TE position, the Titans will now have to use some of their other guys, while Kendall Wright probably carries the most upside now. He will be blanketed by top Browns cover man Joe Haden, of course. Overall, the Titans may be an offense to avoid across all fantasy football leagues in week two.
